Ms. Shyama Dutta has completed her MA in Language and Literature from the University of Pune and has also completed certificate courses in photography and film appreciation. Ms. Shyama has 20 years of professional experience in Branding, Strategy planning in marketing communication, across audiovisual and digital platforms. Over 5 years in Training and Training Solutions. These have also incorporated work with non-profit and other social sectors.
Not only does Ms. Shyama hold extensive work experience having worked as an Advertising and Communication professional, but also has presented the following research papers
- “New Media – New Opportunities The Age of Engagement” This paper saw the emergence of social commentary and conversation of change. Presented at the 3rd International GCA Conference in Bangalore in November 2009
- “E -Learning in Branding Communication – An Evolving Trend in Consumer Engagement.” The paper talked about the changing consumer and demands. The consumer in this case is anyone who partakes in an idea or product. Presented at National Seminar by University of Pune Department of Communication Studies - 2012.
- “Economics of the New Media – The Changing Business and new Paths of Growth.” The paper talked about evangelism and growth in areas of social growth. Presented at National Seminar by University of Pune Department of Communication Studies - 2013.
